Venue Day Of Coordinator: $100/hr
Don’t work on your wedding day. Meet with us early on to create a plan for the day. Enjoy perks like wedding planning assistance, day-of timeline creation, placement of decorations and packing up those items at the end of the event. Save on rentals and choose between venue Ivory or Black table linens and centerpiece items. If our decor doesn’t match your theme, no problem! Any items you plan on bringing in will be placed exactly as you envision by our experienced coordinators and cleared away at the end of the event. From set up to tear down, we will handle the stress of the day so you can enjoy it. This service allows you to return the next day and collect your boxed up items. We will handle vendor arrival, cake cutting and anything in between on site.
Ceremony to Reception transition: $200 (Fixed price)
Cleanup and Next Day Pickup: $200 (For the majority of events)
Setup : $100/hr
Photo Booth: $500 on site - $1000 off Site
Book our touch screen Mirror Photo Booth. Complete with printed photos throughout the event, our photo booth is bound to keep your guest thinking about your wedding for years to come. Only Venue photo booths are allowed on site.
Bartenders and Servers: $40 Per Hour
Allow our staff the opportunity to serve your guests. No cocktail is too fancy. We will stock the bar pre party and clear it post party for your convenience. Venue bartenders are required for alcohol service. From restocking the buffet line to clearing dinner tables, our servers will keep the space looking beautiful
Security: $45 per Hour
Keep your private party private and allow us to watch the door. We’ll keep your event safe the whole night and even escort guests to their cars if requested. Venue Security guards are required for any party larger than 30 people and/or parties with alcohol service.
