Choose from outdoor ceremony within walking distance at Heartland of America Park or exchange vows inside our climate-controlled historic ballroom. During cocktail hour, guests can relax on-site or explore the neighborhood while your wedding party finishes photos throughout the Old Market district.

When it’s time for your grand entrance, every detail is tailored to your vision. Whether you choose a live band, DJ, or curated playlist, our open vendor policy gives you complete creative control.

Your celebration continues with our in-house photo booth, creating keepsakes your guests will take home from your “destination-style” Omaha wedding.

End the night with a sparkler send-off, a horse-drawn carriage ride, or a walk next door to one of the nearby bars and after-party spots. The celebration doesn’t have to end there—many couples continue the weekend with brunch in the Old Market the next morning.

Our pricing is simple, flexible, and designed to give you more control over your budget. Unlike traditional venues, we don’t require expensive bar packages or exclusive catering—meaning you can bring your own alcohol and choose your own vendors to save significantly on your overall wedding costs.

What’s Included:

Planning Assistance! Meet with professional planners twice before the event for assistance on creating table layouts, timelines, decor, and all other wedding planning questions. Together, we’ll design a layout custom to your event. Making envisioning your day simple. Tables, Ivory or Black table linens and chairs to accommodate up to 180 seated guests.
Head table, guest book table, gift table, buffet table and cake table. Cocktail tables and barstools.
Loft on east wall for additional table seating, lounge area or a band.
Vintage seating and furniture to create vintage ambiance.
​Use of centerpieces consisted of lanterns, mason jars, table numbers, artificial flowers and greenery and either wood planks or silver platters. Hanging Edison lights and champagne colored drapery. Arch for ceremony or head table backdrop.
​Use of Microphone and House Speakers (not available for DJs) as well as customized lighting throughout ballroom.
​A full bar set up complete with beer and wine refrigerators.
Access to a private bridal suite.

Set up and tear down of venue items.
