What’s Included:

Planning Assistance! Meet with professional planners twice before the event for assistance on creating table layouts, timelines, decor, and all other wedding planning questions. Together, we’ll design a layout custom to your event. Making envisioning your day simple. Tables, Ivory or Black table linens and chairs to accommodate up to 180 seated guests.
Head table, guest book table, gift table, buffet table and cake table. Cocktail tables and barstools.
Loft on east wall for additional table seating, lounge area or a band.
Vignette seating and furniture to create vintage ambiance.
​Use of centerpieces consisted of lanterns, mason jars, table numbers, artificial flowers and greenery and either wood planks or silver platters. Hanging Edison lights and champagne colored drapery. Arch for ceremony or head table backdrop.
​Use of Microphone and House Speakers (not available for DJs) as well as customized lighting throughout ballroom.
​A full bar set up complete with beer and wine chillers.
Access to a private bridal suite.
​A private ballroom lesson.
Set up and tear down of venue items.
​Cleaning of venue after your event (does not include items brought into the ballroom).
